For those of you who are trying to keep or return their car to the
original specification, I cross referenced the LUCAS wiper specification that was listed
for the 1973 (!) Vixen and early M cars
(LHD cars):
Arms : 54701986
10 ½ inch low reflectivity, 10° RH crank
as fitted to :
Triumph Spitfire MkIV, 1972, USA only, RH arm only (LH : same, but 20° crank : 54703556)
also : Triumph GT6 Mk III, 1972, USA only, RH arm only
Blades : 54702519
12 inch satin (different from low reflectivity !), off-centered hinge point (
longer part is on arm side)
rubber assembly : 54711781
as fitted to :
Triumph Spitfire MkIV, 1972, USA only
also : Triumph GT6 Mk III, 1972, USA only
Essex V6 5-Speed conversion
